Fall camping is my favorite time of the year to go camping!
Helping daddy hook upmuddy faces,babywearing,matching hats made around the campfire,hiking in the woods,playing carbles,playing with trucks,all of the beautiful leaves,breakfast on the grill,walking with daddy,playing with big sisters,time together,snow❄️(this really never happens but so cool that it did),
and of course the packing up and heading home for the last time of the season🧡
Bitter sweet ~ until next year🧡

I love to camp!
We recently upgraded our 2000 camper to a 2001 camper(I know big jump 😉) with a slide out. We have so much more space and everyone has a place to sleep. When you have a family of 10 this can be a challenge.
One thing I didn’t totally love was how dark everything seemed. So Pinterest to the rescue, I got some ideas and with a few of my kids help we totally revamped the camper and now I am in love! It is totally like a sanctuary for me😊 we just have to redo the flooring and it will be like a completely new camper 😃👍🏻

We have a new light colored couch(actually it’s a click clack, so it fold easily like a futon, so much easier than the old couch and it fits the new lighter colors).

So here we go- first & foremost…
(go buy a bottle and use it on everything because it is AMAZING!)
Simple to use for everything from light to heavy duty cleaning and of course non-toxic!
Sink & Tile Scrub
1/2 cup baking soda
5 drops of lemon eo
1 capful of Thieves Cleaner
3 drops of Thieves eo
Use to scrub toilets, sinks, and anything with added grime.
Note* should be used the same day that you make it*
(toss the air fresheners)
4oz spray bottle
15 drops purification eo
5 drops bergamot eo
5 drops geranium eo
2 drops lavender eo
3 oz water
1 oz mineral spirits(vodka)
Foaming Hand Soap
7-8 oz foaming pump bottle
2 Tbsp castile soap
15-20 drops of eo (thieves and orange eo are my favorites!)
Fill with water
Hardwood Floor Cleaner
1 gallon of hot water
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup of Thieves Cleaner
3-5 drops orange eo
Mop floors and wipe dry after.
1 cup baking soda
1/4 cup citric acid
10 drops lemon eo
10 drops orange eo
1 cup borax
(add a sachet of white rice to keep from clumping)
Add 2 Tbsp per load of dishes
6 oz spray bottle
4 oz water
5 drops lavender eo
5 drops melaleuca eo
2 oz Thieves cleaner
10 drops purification eo
Spray on mattress and allow to dry!

Tis the season for respiratory support.
What do you use?
My go to is my Breathe Roll-on.
It is a combo of frankincense and cardamom 🙂
For babies(under 12 months) I use 2 drops of cardamom and 2 drops of frankincense in a 10 ml bottle with a carrier oil of your choice.
I up this recipe for ages 1 and up to 5 drops of cardamom and 5 drops of frankincense in a 10 ml roller bottle with your choice of carrier oil.
I love this blend for supporting our respiratory system.
So I decided to do this 5 day cleanse.
It is a gentle cleanse. It has a lot of health benefits. I am still able to eat a few snacks(some fruits/veggies/nuts/broth)a day.
You wake up and take the Digest & Cleanse(super gentle- definitely don’t feel like I am running to the bathroom or anything). You wait 30-60 min and have your Balance Complete shake/smoothie. Add some oils to this to add some fun flavors. Then you have a snack. You continue to repeat this process for lunch and supper. Drink lots of water.
I really have not been hungry but to be honest- I like to eat.
I love food.
Not bad food but food.
I also know that I eat when I am not hungry.
Why? Because food tastes good and I love food.
It is a struggle. I can be totally unaware of what I am eating.
So going forward- food? Yes!
Tracking my food? Yes
I feel like this will hold me accountable.
